HOW TO MAKE A GOOD BC PICTURE TUTORIALThe beauty contest has a very small file size limit of 17k. Most artists find it very tough to get their pictures under 17k, but if you hve photoshop, it's actually not that hard.
First, open up your completed picture in photoshop.
Then go to Image>>Image size. Change the image size so it is a little bit smaller than the original size (height should automatically change)
The original width of my picture was 624, so I changed it to 500.
Next, go to File>>Save for Web
Now on the right hand side, where it says settings, select JPEG Low
On the image above, where it says 18.19k (on mine, your number should be different) this is the size of your picture.
If you image size is still over 17k, lower the quality level (under the settings) until it is the right size.
When it's under 17k, save it and your done! Now go enter the beauty contest!
